Website Redesign Solutions that Increase User Adoption
The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s (CFTC) Whistleblower Program provides monetary incentives to individuals who report possible violations to the Commodity Exchange Act. CFTC was looking to update their Whistleblower website to make it more user-friendly, consistent with their overarching branding, and integrate Google Analytics. A full CFTC website redesign was critical to the success of the program.
MetroStar Systems executed a full website redesign for CFTC, redesigning the site’s general style and responsive layouts, updating content layout, and creating a new interactive grid page for a better UX.
Our team launched the CFTC Whistleblower website in early 2016 by leveraging a cross-functional agile team paired with our in-house expertise with Human Centered Design to execute the website redesign quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality.
