Peace Corps BPA

The Peace Corps Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is a multiple award, small business set aside acquisition under GSA Schedule 70. This BPA enables MetroStar Systems to provide Information Technology (IT) professional services for the Peace Corps.

• Small business set-aside

• $30 million ceiling estimate, which may be exceeded at the government’s discretion

• 1 Base Year plus 4 Option Years (February 2018 – February 2023)

1. Sustain and improve hardware, operating systems and software;

2. Increase business effectiveness and enable automation through the effective use and adoption of system, by leveraging new technologies and applications, best practices, and software;

3. Create new applications and introduce new technologies as they emerge;

4. Give expert assistance to configure and manage computer hardware, software and networks, train users, and improve systems and network security;

5. Facilitate business change and flexibility by architecting, designing, and developing solutions that enable the rapid realization of new or changed requirements;

6. Protect the Agency by ensuring that systems, applications, and practices are secure; and

7. Measure and continually improve customer satisfaction.

Information Technology Management and Governance:

• Assist in drafting policy and implementation procedures

• Portfolio management

• Enterprise architecture

• Business analysis

• Learning management and training

• Integration and interoperability

• Security architecture

• Systems architecture

• Section 508 compliance

Enterprise Systems Development:

• System and software engineering requirements analysis, design, architecture, configuration, development, testing, documentation and training

• Software development, customization/configuration of COTS software packages, and migration to modular applications

• Knowledge, information and data management

• Security engineering, design, testing and implementation

• Software, hardware, network, and development support
