Create an Interface to Increase User Adoption
The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s (CFTC) Whistleblower Program provides monetary incentives to individuals who report possible violations to the Commodity Exchange Act. CFTC was looking to update their Whistleblower website to make it more user-friendly, consistent with their overarching branding, and integrate Google Analytics. MetroStar Systems launched the Whistleblower website in early 2016 by leveraging a cross-functional agile team paired with our in-house expertise with Human Centered Design (HCD) to execute the redesign quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality. Since the launch, the site has had a 225% increase in users.
