Susie Bonvouloir, Vice President of People and Culture at MetroStar Systems has been honored as a “2019 HR Leader of the Year”. The awards program ran by DCA-Live recognizes great human capital talent in the Washington Region.
About 2019 HR Leader of the Year
Susie was selected for this honor based on her contributions to the Human Resources field throughout her 25 year career. Those contributions include bringing innovative thinking, superior management, and strategic alignment to growing the people and culture pillars of an organization.
Since joining MetroStar Systems in late 2018, Susie has worked closely with MetroStar’s executive team to transform human resources to people and culture. The transformation aligns to the co-founders’ vision to grow and expand MetroStar’s unique culture during a time of significant growth.
