Driving Logistics Across the Marine Corps Enterprise Network
The USMC uses an all-encompassing Enterprise Logistics Support System (ELS2) to enhance its logistical operations. MetroStar provides 24-hour application sustainment and enterprise support of these tools for Marine Corps logistics and maintenance personnel. We also develop new capabilities that enhance the use of our applications for ELS2 and its decision support tools. Our work providing Logistics Automated Information Systems (LOGAIS) to ELS2 helps to create a more cost-effective means to greater access and more efficient planning through enterprise support.
MetroStar provides database and application systems administration, business process reengineering, and subject matter expertise to the ELS2 Master Data Repository (MDR). We also facilitate ELS2 decision-support applications such as the Total Life Cycle Management Operational Support Tool (TLCM-OST), Asset Enterprise Management Information Tool (AEMIT), Master Scheduling Support Tool (MSST), and Secondary Reparable Total Allowance Reputation Tool (START).
The suite of applications we support for ELS2 are accessed by Marine Corps Logistics and Maintenance Personnel worldwide – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our enterprise support offers MARCORLOGCOM network-wide visibility and accessibility to aid the USMC’s large-scale operations. It combines current and historical data into one data repository within the Marine Corps enterprise support network, ensuring the USMC is provided full visibility of equipment, materials, and weapons system readiness. MetroStar’s enterprise support services for the ELS2 program serves thousands of warriors across the globe, helping them complete their mission.
