A seasoned Tech Pro and a master at many technologies; Clay's experience spans from programming to networking to computer forensics. He is one of 15,000 individuals that belong to an elite group of instructors who are Microsoft Certified Trainers-MCTTM. From doing penetration tests and vulnerability assessments to mastering and working in virtualization, Clay has truly done and experienced it all. Not only a veteran of many large system migrations, Clay served in the Army and has been in the Army Reserves and National Guard for 14 years.
Having started as a project coordinator for 20 different training projects in 1992 John is seasoned at the art of Technology Training. Through the years he has coordinated with Writers, Artists, Programmers and End-users to develop and deliver high-tech ILTs (instructor led training), CBTs (computer based training), WBTs (web-based training) and is currently leading the SharePoint training for the Marines at Quantico, VA. He has also designed and created a PageMaker publication submitted for an education program.
Janis Hall combines more than 10 years of technical knowledge with business acumen when working with organizations on needs analysis and delivery for custom support models, system integration and upgrades, process analysis, and the design and implementation of collaborative sites. Shai has been an MCSETM (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) and MCTTM (Microsoft Certified Trainer) for over 9 years. He has authored HTML training manuals, certified hundreds of communications workers, created and instructed courses for 3 universities, provided high level instruction to public and private sector workers in the metro DC area for over 12 years in nearly every possible economic sector of the region, and provided Navy and Marine personnel training in tactical field networking skills.
