CMMI-SVC Level 3

CMMI-SVCMetroStar Systems’ (MetroStar) has announced that their services delivery business units have been appraised at CMMI-SVC v1.3 Maturity Level 3. This rating reiterates that MetroStar’s service delivery teams implement service management processes that leverage industry best practices to consistently achieve and exceed client expectations. “The CMMI-SVC appraisal is in line with our management strategy and commitment to provide cutting-edge and superior IT services to our clients,” said MetroStar’s  Quality Manager, Venkatesan Krishnaswamy. “This is a significant milestone that positions MetroStar as a trustworthy, mature service partner in the federal and commercial spaces.”
