Ken leads MetroStar's Matrix business unit. His responsibilities include managing an IT portfolio, coordinating the activities of technical leadership to develop talent, and supporting other MetroStar programs by aligning creative and technical skill sets to short-term project needs. Ken has directly managed over thirty IT projects for federal Civilian, Defense, and commercial customers, ranging from several part-time employees to a dedicated team of ten members plus subcontractors. His management approach combines best practices learned from his five years of project management experience (and standards such as PMBOK, CMMI, ITIL) with a lean, adaptable philosophy that gives his organization the highest level of flexibility in responding to customer and program needs. He graduated from the University of Virginia with a double major in Economics and Foreign Affairs.
