MetroStar Systems is more than a typical company compiled of staff and management.
Everyone at MetroStar Systems is a vital asset and element in the success of our
company. MetroStar Systems is deeply rooted in and grounded on an entrepreneurial,
small business, family-like culture, of which each and every member is a valued
component. At MetroStar Systems, we believe in our team as we believe in our community,
which is why we are continually looking for new and exciting ways to get involved,
and make a difference!
At MetroStar Systems our goal is to invest in the future of our community and to prepare students for potential employment and career awareness. MetroStar Systems provides young students hands on exposure to real world business scenarios that model every day business problems. Our involvement ranges from:
|
Employee Mentors
This program allows employees to work with individual students to assist them academically and allow the students to learn about the various job positions and roles within the company. |
|
 |
Shadowing
Through our Shadowing program, individual Middle School students visit a local business to “shadow” a business person and learn about the real world work environment. |
|
 |
Internship
Though our internship opportunities, High School and College students spend 50 hours on-site in an intensive experience to further educate themselves on business and professionalism. |

"Interning at MetroStar Systems has allowed me to gain unique, real and first-hand
experience with numerous different internet technologies. Not only was I able to
learn and gain this experience, but I in fact had the opportunity to accomplish
many significant goals that have had a real impact. My internship at MetroStar Systems
has been a highly valuable experience in my education and career that is not available
at most top-tier companies.”
