Ten Years of Dedication & Innovation
Ali Reza Manouchehri, Chief Executive Officer
MetroStar celebrated its tenth anniversary on May 4th 2009. Through these
ten years we have grown to be a courageous organization, surviving the “DOT COM”
Bubble burst to the mourning of our nation on 9/11, and today an economic downturn
second only to the great depression. During all this MetroStar in the past three
years has grown by an average rate of 250%. This success can only be due to our
dedicated staff and leadership, and their commitment to succeed and to be great.
Introduction
As we celebrate our ten years of service and innovation, I wanted to share with
you some stories of the past, the road ahead, and how we will accomplish these goals
together. MetroStar today is like a ten year old child, it has experienced the seed
of life, has learned to walk, and is ready to run. Before we run it is important
for everyone to know a little history, where we are heading, how we will get there,
and who will get us there. Through this journey we have survived due to our responsiveness
to change and our ability to adapt. This journey has provided us experiences of
courage, leadership, resilience, and determination.
